100-Night Trial & Returns

Q: How does the 100-night trial work?

Try your mattress for up to 100 nights. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it anytime between day 30 and day 100.

Q: What happens if I want to return the mattress?

We’ll arrange a free pickup and give you store credit to use within the ENIA® or Moulpounj networks.

Q: Can I get a full refund instead of store credit?

At the moment, our policy is store credit only — this helps us manage logistics and offer the best possible prices.

Q: Are there any conditions for returns?

Yes. The mattress must be:

•In good condition (no stains or damage)

•Returned in its original shape (not bent or folded)

Warranty & Durability

Q: How long is the warranty?

Each mattress is covered by a 20-year warranty, ensuring long-term comfort and performance.

Q: What does the warranty cover?

The warranty includes:

•Foam sagging or loss of support

•Manufacturing defects
