From the day it’s delivered, you’ll have over 3 months to experience real sleep on your ENIA® mattress — no showroom pressure, no gimmicks.

2. Not in love? No problem.

If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us anytime between day 30 and day 100. Our team will schedule a free pickup — no stress, no hassle.

3. We’ll give you store credit.

Once we collect your mattress, we’ll issue you a store credit you can use on any product across ENIA® or Moulpounj.

How Does the 100-Night Trial Work?

When you buy an ENIA® mattress, you get 100 nights to try it at home. If you’re not fully satisfied between the 30th and 100th night, you can contact our customer service to request a return. We’ll arrange a free pickup, and once the mattress is collected and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit valid on all ENIA® and Moulpounj products.

What Should I Do If I Want to Return the Mattress During the Trial Period?

If you decide to return your ENIA® mattress during the trial period (between the 30th and 100th night), simply contact our customer service team. We’ll guide you through the return process, schedule a free pickup, and once the mattress is collected in good condition, you’ll receive a store credit to use on ENIA® or Moulpounj products.

Are There Any Conditions for Returning the Mattress During the 100-Night Trial?

Yes, the mattress must be in good condition, with no stains or damage.

You also need to contact us during the trial period to arrange the pickup.

Please note that accessories like pillows are not included in the return offer.

Can I Use the Store Credit Received After Returning the Mattress on Any Store or Website?

Yes, the store credit you receive after returning your mattress can be used across our entire ENIA® and Moulpounj network, whether online or in-store.
